Did you know that only 15% of organizations actively pursue global diversity in their hiring and only 2% do it well [1]?
As a solutions-designer for employers, TGC is continuously developing new research and programs to support employers in recruiting and retaining diverse talent.
We are now inviting employers across science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields to contribute to the Promising Talent Practices report, funded by the federal government. Consultations will take place from September 12 to November 30, 2023.
What it looks like: a series of informal conversations (approx. 30 minutes) between TGC and diverse employers, HR professionals, and recruitment experts.
What are we learning?
We want to explore what Canadian employers do to recruit and retain diverse talent, including immigrant women in STEM.
Insights from this process will inform the Promising Talent Practices report and empower both innovative STEM businesses and the development of our future employer training initiatives. You will get a copy of this report as a contributor!
