- Up to 3 virtual one-to-one conversations with industry insiders in your target sectors
You're a great fit if you:
- Have 5-15 years of professional experience, in Canada or abroad
- Are currently underemployed or actively looking for work

In your introduction to the program, you’ll meet the Job Pathways team, understand what to expect over the next four weeks, and get set up for everything ahead.

A short, self-paced course that prepares you to make the most of your conversations with Industry Insiders, including how to communicate your value with confidence.

A live session covering how hiring actually works in your target sectors, including trends, language, and how to position yourself as a strong candidate.

Ongoing support to help you process what you're learning, work through challenges, and map out your next steps with confidence.

Up to three one-on-one virtual conversations with professionals already working inside your target sectors, giving you real insight and real connections.

We close the program reflecting on your progress, celebrating what you've accomplished, and leaving you with a clear plan for what comes next.

Industry Insiders are professionals currently working in Canada's Energy, Utilities, and Transportation & Logistics sectors, team leads, senior professionals, and executives who have agreed to share their time and knowledge with Job Pathways participants.

No, you do not need to complete Catalyst! Job Pathways is a standalone program. However, we highly recommend enrolling in our next Catalyst Cohort if you haven't completed the program yet.

Job Pathways is open only to women and gender-diverse individuals (women+).

Yes! Job Pathways is only available to participants located in Canada.

Yes! Job Pathways is fully funded through TGC’s partners, making it free for participants.

Yes! If you're a mid-career woman+ with 5-15 years of professional experience, we encourage you to still fill out an application form. Our team will then review your application and help you determine if the program is right for you!

Job Pathways focuses on opportunities in Energy, Utilities, and Transportation & Logistics sectors, three of Canada’s fastest-growing industries.

The program runs for 4-weeks and is designed for you to complete around existing commitments. The total time commitment is approximately 9-12 hours (depending on your pace and number of industry calls).
