The national hub for immigrant women+ in STEM & business since 2017

Immigrant Women in STEM, an initiative of TGC, was created to meet the unique challenges immigrant women+ face in Canada’s STEM and business fields.

Our research with Statistics Canada shows that immigrant women+ make up 52% of Canada’s STEM workforce—yet they remain overlooked and excluded from advancement.

We’re working to change that with community, courses, and career-building resources aimed at creating a more inclusive and equitable future for Canada’s STEM and business sectors.
